Our Chef Jérôme Ponchelle is a “Maître Cuisinier de France” and winner of numerous competitions including European Best Commis de Cuisine as well as the prestigious Title Master of Culinary Arts from the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts.
The Chef propose a regional cuisine created from quality fresh products all sourced from local suppliers and the Nantes Market.
