In Malafo, a village in Guinea-Bissau scarred by the war of independence, Portuguese artist Filipa César and architect Marinho de Pina have created a media library with local residents and associations of women, parents and farmers. This hypnotic film becomes one with this place for sharing knowledge and practices, safeguarding memory and encouraging people to speak out, and echoes the revolutionary, progressive and feminist thinking of Amílcar Cabral, the father of independence for Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde, Portuguese colonies until 1974.
