Saturday, October 19, 3pm: Themed tour: “Rabelais and wine”, as wine is an integral part of his work, both a metaphor for knowledge and an object of pleasure. At the end of this wine-themed tour, a winemaker from the Left Bank of the Vienne, Eric Santier? Domaine Dozon, will be on hand to share his passion for fine vintages, accompanied by Rabelaisian fouaces!
Sunday, October 20, 3pm: Intimate concert in the cellars of La Devinière with the Petit Faucheux? jazz club in Tours, followed by a tasting of wines produced on the Left Bank in the presence of Sébastien Du Petit-Thouars? château du Petit-Thouars (Saint Germain-sur Vienne), and a few fouaces for a tasty souvenir.
