When you cross the threshold at L’Aigle d’Or, you will be welcomed in a warm, cosy atmosphere, in winter near the fireplace, in summer on the terrace in the shade of a mulberry tree in our garden filled with plants and flowers. The chef, Simon Desiles, has forged his cooking style and taken his inspiration from travelling and culinary experiments, while respecting the traditions of French gastronomy.
