Organic livestock farming.
The ferme du Bois Joubert is located in the Brière Nature Park, in a natural reserve handled by Bretagne Vivante, an association involved in the environment protection.
In this protected area, Françoise and Jacques Cochy play a rôle into the preservation of this land, by maintaining marshes pastures, raising here Breton cows and white western pigs (endangered breeds).
“Pie Noire Bretonne” cows give a rich and tasty milk which is changed into cheese.

– Farm cow milk cheeses: “Tomme”, “white cheese”, “St Marcellin” (soft-ripened cheese), “Gwell” (fermented milk, looking like a thick and tasty yogurt).
