The 25th Circuit Biscuit festival is taking place all over the city, in cultural structures, children?s and family centres, as well as in Tours and Ballan-Miré.
The festival kicks off on Saturday March 15 at Espace Malraux with an afternoon of parent-child workshops open to all.
