Exposition : Les plaisirs royaux en Touraine au XVe siècle

This exhibition, presented at Le Carroi, Chinon’s arts and history museum, is part of a series of national events celebrating the 600th anniversary of the birth of Louis XI. Set in the heart of the medieval town, in the building where the Estates-General convened by Charles VII in 1428 were held, the exhibition retraces the theme of royal visits and court life in the 15th century, as well as Chinon’s historical and royal role.
