Our 13.5 ha of Sauvignon Blanc are concentrated on the limestone terroirs of Verdigny and Chavignol (Caillottes and Terres Blanches), as well as on the flinty terroirs of the village of Thauvenay, on the banks of the Loire.
This 5-hectare plot is a virtual monopoly of the estate, planted in the 1950s. It adjoins the estate and lies below the Monts Damnés hill.
The estate’s vines are grown using a traditional, non-certified organic approach. No weedkillers, insecticides or anti-pest treatments are used. The grapes are harvested by hand.
The vines are grassed and worked. Organic amendments and meticulous management of our soils are essential factors in the production of great, balanced wines
