Today, it is Stéphane Cherrier who passionately cultivates his exceptional terroir, where the white earth outcrops on the hillsides. After winemaking in Chile, Australia and New Zealand, Stéphane turned a corner on his return to the family estate. While respecting the work of his father and grandfather before him, and without claiming any certification, Stéphane adopts an organic approach in the vineyard and a traditional one in the winery.
