Mr. Dezat Patrick is the owner and harvester.
He cultivates his vines to produce fine white Sancerre wines from the Sauvignon grape, as well as red and rosé Sancerre wines from the Pinot Noir grape.
In the family for several generations, the vineyard is ideally situated on fairly steep slopes, offering ideal exposure to the sun.
