Domaine du Carrou

The ” DOMAINE DU CARROU ” is located in the village of BUÉ, one of the 14 communes sharing the appellation area. This site has always enjoyed a solid reputation due to its complex and exceptional terroirs. Since the 17th century, from generation to generation, the ROGER family has been producing their SANCERRE wine. The family estate now comprises ten hectares. Dominique ROGER is a passionate person. If he takes meticulous care of the vinification and maturation of his SANCERRE, he often repeats his motto “No great wine without excellent grapes”. This is why at DOMAINE DU CARROU we cultivate the vineyard with a permanent respect for the environment and the microbial life of the soil by planting grass on the plots or by working the soil.
