Concert Musique et Patrimoine : “American Sounds”

The Zodiac Trio formed in New York in 2006 after studying with the Quatuor Ysaye at the Paris Conservatoire, simultaneously garnering numerous prizes on the international competition circuit. For almost 15 years, the Franco-American ensemble has been touring the world with an innovative program. “American Sounds” celebrates the music of the American continents. From George Gershwin to Arturo Marquez, this program also features an original tribute to Benny Goodman? a series of tunes from the Swing era arranged for the trio by French jazz pianist/arranger Jean-Marc Brisson.
