The dry grasslands of the puys of Chinon are home to plants of great heritage value. Unfortunately, they are threatened by invasive species whose rapid development is jeopardizing the balance of the natural environment. This project will provide an opportunity to combat species such as ailanthe, Japanese knotweed and Robinier faux acacia. Removal and debarking will be on the menu this morning.
