It is in the freshness and darkness of the Clos des Cortillaux cellar in Ousson sur Loire that Dominique, the owner, the harvester and his team take great care to ensure that the vinification process is carried out naturally over the months. From the arrival of the grapes in the cellar to the dispatch of the bottles, each stage is under control.
The wine is also on sale at the Briare Tourist Office shop. Mr Dominique BILLEREAU welcomes you 7 days a week to show you his estate and his cellar created by him, and to let you taste the wines and ratafias of his production in an authentic and warm atmosphere.
