5 CHEFS AU PIANO 5 Chefs au Piano, far from being a battle of chefs, is on the contrary the culinary adventure of a team whose players come together for a challenge. The challenge is to surprise the guests of community restaurants in the Centre-Val de Loire region, by telling them a story. The story is that of the day-to-day challenges faced by our associations and our chefs, who are part of a social and solidarity-based economy that strives to offer a lunch that makes the most of local produce to offer a lunch based on quality, fresh, local produce, accessible to the greatest number of people in an economic context that is putting a growing proportion of the population in difficulty.
