Chambord: the sound of the stag’s bellow

From mid-September to early October the estate of Chambord welcomes you for a unique experience: listening to the stag’s bellow. The rutting season is without doubt the best period to see cervidae (stags, does and fawns) in their natural habitat. During this period the dominant males defend their territory to win the does. Come and experience a moment of intimacy in the heart of the reserve.
